This software is protected by international copyright treaties, intellectual property laws, international copyright laws and treaties, and all its intellectual property rights belong to 7S2P Inc. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this agreement, this agreement does not provide you with any intellectual property rights related to the software. All trademarks and copyrights of the software, including but not limited to its operation, code, structure, appearance, any images, text styles and additional programs, and any copies of this software product, belong to the intellectual property of 7S2P Inc. Users are not allowed to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble this software product. Violators are infringements. If there is any violation, they may be subject to legal investigation from 7S2P Inc.

In accordance with the following terms of this agreement, 7S2P Inc. authorizes you to use this software and its related revisions, upgrades or error corrections. The authorization is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and is only for your own use. This software product is limited software, and users can download, install, copy and distribute this software product non-commercially. If you need to carry out commercial sales, copying and distribution, such as software pre-installation and bundling, you must obtain authorization and permission from 7S2P Inc. In addition, you have no right to sublicense the use of this product, and may not sell, rent, lease or distribute copies of this software, unless you have clearly obtained a valid written authorization agreement between your unit or person in charge and 7S2P Inc.

Without the written permission of 7S2P Inc., the user shall not, by themselves or by authorizing, permitting, or assisting any third party to perform the following actions on the information content in the Effie software and related services of this agreement:

1. Copy, read, and use the information content of Effie software and related services for commercial purposes including, but not limited to, promotion, increased reading, and page views;

2. Edit, organize, and arrange the information content of Effie software and related services without authorization, and then display them in channels other than the source page of Effie software and related services;

3. Adopt any form of identification methods, including but not limited to special marks, special codes, etc., to generate traffic, reading guidance, transfer, hijacking and other adverse effects on the information or content of Effie software and related services by itself or by assisting a third party;

4. Other acts of illegally obtaining the information content of Effie software and related services.

This agreement is valid until terminated. If you violate any of the terms of this agreement, your right to use the software will be automatically terminated without notice. Upon termination of this agreement, you must stop using the software and destroy all copies of the software that you own or control.

This "software" is licensed "as is", and you shall bear the risk of using this "software" by yourself. The company does not provide any express, implied or any other form of guarantee and representation for this "software". In any case, for any loss (including but not limited to loss of business profits, business interruption or loss of business information) caused by the use or inability to use this software, we are not responsible to you or any third party, even if the software has been notified about such losses. In any case, Effie Software shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive and punitive damages, regardless of whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, or infringement. (Including negligence) or based on other reasons.

To the extent not prohibited by applicable laws, Effie shall not be responsible for any procurement costs, loss of profits, information or data of alternative products or services caused by the sale, license or use or inability to use any software in a certain way under any circumstances. Responsible for loss or personal injury or any other incidental, special, indirect or consequential loss, regardless of the cause of the loss and how the liability is defined (contract, tort or other means), even if Effie has been notified that this may have occurred. The same is true for class damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. If personal injury is caused and applicable law requires corresponding liability, the above restrictions do not apply.

A. If you use the software in the United States of America, this "Agreement" (End User License Agreement) is applicable to US law. If you download and use the software outside of US, the local law will apply.

B. 7S2P Inc. does not allow you to use this software to do anything that violates local laws. If you use the software to do something illegal, you must bear the corresponding responsibility. If you do not agree with these regulations, please install or use the software carefully.

C. If any clause of this agreement is illegal, invalid, or has no legal effect, the other clauses of this agreement are still valid, and this split will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses. This agreement is a complete statement of the agreement and all matters related to the agreement reached before will be invalidated.
