Effie is a SaaP provided by 7S2P Inc. (“effie.pro”, “Effie”, “7S2P”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These terms of service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms" or "Terms of Service" or "Terms") are between you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user") and 7S2P regarding the main agreement of your access and use of Effie and other services provided by 7S2P (hereinafter referred to as "services").

7S2P hereby reminds you that before registering as a user, please read these Terms of Service carefully to ensure that you fully understand the contents of these Terms, including the Terms exempting 7S2P from liability and the Terms restricting user rights. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this agreement. Unless you accept all the content of these Terms, you can’t register, log in, purchase or use the services covered by these Terms. Your registration, login, usage and purchase will be regarded as acceptance of these Terms, and you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to any content of these Terms of Service, please do not register or use Effie.

These Terms may be updated by 7S2P at any time. Once the updated Terms are announced, they will replace the original terms and conditions without further notice. You can check the latest version of the agreement terms on this website. After the terms are updated, if you do not accept the updated terms, please stop using the services provided by 7S2P immediately. If you continue to use the services provided by 7S2P, it will be deemed as acceptance of the modified terms.

In the event of any dispute, you should bear the responsibility of not reading these Terms carefully, and you must not claim that these Terms are invalid or request to cancel these Terms on the grounds of not reading them carefully.

In order to access Effie and use the services, you agree to the following:

Follow the Effie registration insturctions to fill in the accurate, authentic email address, password, Google account, Apple ID and name, and ensure the validity and legality of the updated login email, name, avatar and other information in the future. If you provide any information that is illegal, false, unethical, or that 7S2P considers unsuitable to display on Effie, or 7S2P has reason to suspect that your information is a virus program or malicious operation, or you violate the regulations of these Terms of Service, or if you use Effie for commercial purposes without the consent of 7S2P, 7S2P reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, and refuse all services now and in the future to you.

You are responsible for protecting the password you use to access the service and any activities or actions under your password, regardless of whether your password is to use our service or a third-party service.

Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, 7S2P is not obliged to bear any responsibility for any registered information of any user, including but not limited to identifying and verifying the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, applicability and whether the registered information is the latest information.

At the same time, 7S2P recommends that you keep your registered email address, password and name properly, and accurately entering such information will be the key to login Effie and enjoy the service. If you find that someone has used your account information without authorization or suspect that anyone may be able to access your private content without authorization, you should immediately change your password and let us know about it.

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and/or in other forms to provide certain information, text, graphics, diagrams, videos, documents or other materials ("Content"). Effie does not guarantee the correctness and legality of any content posted by users.

The content you post only shows your personal stand and opinion, and does not represent Effie's stand or opinion. You are solely responsible for the published content. All disputes arising from the published content shall be borne by the publisher of the content. Effie shall not bear any direct, joint, supplementary or substitute legal liabilities.

Users have the copyright and other related rights in accordance with the law for content created by themselves and published via Effie.

If you are the copyright owner or are authorized on behalf of another person, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement through the service, you must submit a written notice, stating the details of the copyright infringement, and send it to help@effie.pro. You need to include a detailed description of the alleged infringement in your notice. You may be responsible for the losses (including fees and attorney fees) caused by misrepresenting that any content infringes your copyright.

Except for the intellectual property rights related to advertisements in this service, which belong to the corresponding advertisers, the intellectual property rights of the content provided by 7S2P in this service are all owned by 7S2P, except that the user has legally obtained intellectual property rights for the content published by themselves before using this service.

Unless stated otherwise, the copyright, patent rights and other intellectual property rights of the software on which 7S2P provides this service belong to 7S2P.

7S2P's graphics, text or their composition involved in this service, as well as other 7S2P logos and product and service names (hereinafter collectively referred to as "7S2P Logo"), their copyright or trademark rights belong to 7S2P. Without the prior written consent of 7S2P, the user shall not display or use or perform other processing of the 7S2P logo in any way, nor shall it indicate to others that the user reserves the right to display, use, or otherwise have the right to process 7S2P logo.

The above and any other intellectual property rights owned by 7S2P or related advertisers in accordance with the law are protected by law. Without the written permission of 7S2P or related advertisers, users are not allowed to use or create related derivative works in any form.

The content mentioned in this term refers to any content created, uploaded, copied, published, and disseminated during the user's use of this service, including but not limited to account avatars, names, user descriptions and other registration information and authentication materials, or text, voice, images, videos, graphics, etc. sent, replied or automatically replied and related linked pages, as well as other content generated by using the account or the service.

Users shall not use Effie to engage in any of the following behaviors. In case of violation, Effie reserves the right to directly freeze the account, delete the relevant data, and report to the competent government department, and the legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the user.

1. Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;

2. Endangering national security, leaking national secrets, subverting national power, and undermining national unity;

3. Endangering national honor and interests;

4. Inciting hatred, discrimination, and undermining unity;

5. Promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

6. Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;

7. Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crime;

8. Insulting or slandering others, and infringing the legal rights and interests of others;

9. Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

Users shall not use Effie accounts or its service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate the following content that interferes with the normal operation of Effie and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:

1. Containing any sexual or sexual suggestion;

2. Containing abusive, intimidating, or threatening content;

3. Containing harassment, spam, malicious information, or deceptive information;

4. Involving other people's privacy, personal information or data;

5. Infringement of the legal rights of others' reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc.;

Containing other information that interferes with the normal operation of this service and infringing the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

Any content sent or published by users in or through this service does not reflect or represent, nor shall it be deemed to reflect or represent the views, positions or policies of 7S2P. 7S2P does not bear any responsibility for this.

Users are not allowed to use Effie account or this service to do the following:

1. Submitting or publishing false information, or embezzling other people's avatars or materials, impersonating or using the names of others;

2. Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click on linked pages or share information;

3. Fictional information, concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;

4. Using technical means to establish false accounts in batches;

5. Using Effie account or this service to engage in any illegal or criminal activities;

6. Producing and publishing methods and tools related to the above behaviors, or operating or disseminating such methods and tools, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes;

7. Other acts that violate laws and regulations, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of Effie, or that 7S2P has not expressly authorized.

The user shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and effectiveness of the information transmitted by the Effie account or this service. Any legal responsibility related to the information disseminated by the user shall be borne by the user, while 7S2P has nothing to do with it. If any damage is caused to 7S2P or a third party, the user shall compensate according to law.

7S2P protects your information to a greath length, and takes reasonable data transmission, storage, conversion and other preventive and protective measures for this purpose. However, Internet data transmission, storage, and conversion may have certain unknown and uncertain data security risks, which will lead to consequences including but not limited to data loss, leakage, damage, inability to read or extract. You confirm that you have clearly understood and agreed to accept the risks and consequences caused by the Internet, and have taken appropriate measures (such as data backup, etc.) to minimize losses when such risks occur.

If the Internet technology itself or other non-7S2P’s wilful misconduct or gross negligence endangers your data security, 7S2P does not assume any liability for compensation. If 7S2P’s major negligence endangers your data security, 7S2P’s liability is limited to the service fees charged to you.

7S2P is not responsible for the user's failure to delete or store related data in this service.

7S2P can decide on its own the maximum storage period of the user's data in this service according to the actual situation, and allocate the maximum storage space for the data on the server. Users can back up the relevant data in this service according to their own needs.

If the user stops using the service or the service is terminated, 7S2P can permanently delete the user's data from the server. After the service is stopped or terminated, 7S2P has no obligation to return any data to the user.

You understand and agree that, under the following circumstances, 7S2P does not need to bear any responsibility to you:

1. Due to your improper maintenance or improper confidentiality, resulting in the loss or leakage of data, information, passwords, etc., or other leakages of personal information that is not caused by 7S2P, 7S2P does not assume any legal responsibility;

2. Any suspension, interruption, delay, restriction of use, abnormal use, inability to use, temporary closure of Effie due to force majeure, hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion, network operators or government control and other reasons beyond the reasonable control of Effie. 7S2P does not assume any legal responsibility;

3. You are responsible for the legality of uploading files, inputting data, and publishing content through Effie, and the legality of the methods of obtaining files, data, and content. All disputes caused by the above-mentioned files, data, and content are all legally responsible for you. 7S2P does not assume any legal responsibility;

4. The Internet is an open platform. If you upload images, texts and other content and make them public, they may be copied, reprinted, tampered with or used for other illegal purposes by other organizations or individuals. You should be fully aware of the existence of such risks. You agree that the risks and consequences of using 7S2P services will be entirely borne by you, and 7S2P does not assume any responsibility.

You understand and confirm that due to technical limitations, 7S2P cannot guarantee that the services it provides will be flawless, but we promise to continuously improve service quality and service levels to provide you with better services. Accordingly, you agree that: if the service provided by 7S2P has flaws, but such defects are unavoidable by the industry's technical level at the time, it will not be regarded as a breach of contract, and 7S2P will not assume any responsibility for you.

When a user sign up for Effie, they agree that Effie collects their personal information generated during the registration and use of Effie. Effie will not provide any user data to any third party, except in the following circumstances:

1. Relevant laws and regulations or requirements of courts and government agencies;

2. The user authorizes third-party tools to obtain such data in other ways.

If the network service is suspended or the service function is adjusted due to the need of system maintenance or upgrade, 7S2P will make a notice on the website in advance as soon as possible.

In view of the particularity of network services, users agree that 7S2P reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the services (including fee-based services) at any time. If the changed, interrupted or terminated network service is a free service, 7S2P does not need to notify the user, and should not bear any responsibility for the user or the third party; if the user complies with 7S2P’s "Terms of Service", e.g., the service that is modified, interrupted or terminated by 7S2P is a fee-based service. 7S2P shall notify users as soon as possible in advance before the modification, interruption or termination, and shall provide such users with equivalent alternative fee-based services.

In the event of any of the following situations, 7S2P reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the free services or charged services provided to users without any responsibility for the user or any third party:

1. According to the law, users should submit real information, and the personal information provided by the user is not true or inconsistent with the information provided during registration and fails to provide reasonable proof;

2. The user violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement;

3. Use Effie for commercial purposes without the consent of 7S2P;

4. In accordance with the law or the requirements of the competent authority;

5. For security reasons or other necessary circumstances.

In the event of any of the following situations, 7S2P reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the provision of services to users without prior notice:

1. The personal information provided by the user is not true, or violates other user's personal information provision rules;

2. The user violates laws and regulations, these Terms of Service or relevant service rules;

3. Use Effie for commercial purposes without the consent of 7S2P.

You understand and acknowledge that for technology upgrades, service system upgrades, or due to business strategy adjustments or changes in coordination with major national technology, regulations and policies, 7S2P does not guarantee the permanent provision of certain services, or may change the forms, specifications or other aspects of the services provided. Before terminating the service or making such changes, 7S2P will make its best efforts and release notice in advance by one or more methods, such as website announcements, emails or messages; if the provision of such services is terminated, 7S2P will make reasonable efforts to reserve a reasonable time for you and properly handle the follow-up matters.

7S2P reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate some of the free services at any time, and reserves the right to adjust the types and forms of free services provided by Effie at any time according to the actual situation. 7S2P is not responsible for any loss caused to you by the adjustment of any free service provided by Effie. 7S2P reserves the right to charge corresponding service fees for any free service at an appropriate time in the future.

1. If you are a minor, please ensure that your guardian has carefully read, understood and accepted these Terms. And use Effie services or provide information to 7S2P with the consent of your guardian.

2. If your guardian does not agree with you to use Effie services or provide us with information in accordance with these Terms, please immediately terminate the use of our services and notify us in time so that we can take corresponding measures.

3. You declare and guarantee that you have full capacity for civil conduct. If you purchase and use Effie’s paid services in violation of the above guarantees, 7S2P shall not be liable for any legal liabilities including but not limited to the refund of the price, and the losses caused by this shall be borne by you or your guardian.

Effie can change or terminate the subject, duration or content of the Terms of Service at any time (collectively referred to as "updates"). Effie will notify users by directly publishing the updated new Terms of Service on the website. The publication is deemed to be effective and sufficient to notify the user. The effective date stated is the effective date of the modification, and the deemed fiction cannot be overturned. Effie can also use pop-up windows or other methods to notify the modifications.

If the user does not agree to any modification to these Terms, they reserve the right to stop using Effie. If the user continues to use Effie, it shall be deemed that the user has accepted all the modifications to these Terms.

These Terms of Service and the services under them are governed by the local government and are interpreted in accordance with them. No matter any term of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses are still valid and binding on both parties. If any dispute or controversy occurs between the user and 7S2P, it should first be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or argument to the court in the place where 7S2P is located. The copyright of this agreement is owned by 7S2P, and 7S2P reserves all rights of interpretation and modification.

If the user's use of this service violates national laws and regulations or infringes the legal rights of any third party, 7S2P reserves the right to directly delete the information that violates the regulations, and can suspend or terminate the service to the user.

If the user uses this service to engage in any illegal or infringing behavior, the user shall bear all the responsibilities by himself, and 7S2P shall not bear any legal responsibility. Therefore, if any losses are caused to 7S2P or any third party, the user shall be responsible for full compensation.

7S2P reserves the right to transfer all or part of the rights and obligations of this agreement to 7S2P’s affiliates. At the same time, the affiliated companies will not materially reduce the quality of services you can obtain, otherwise, 7S2P and its affiliates will undertake jointly and severally liabilities.

If there is another stamped text between the two parties and there is an inconsistency with the agreement confirmed by clicking on the web page, the text stamped by both parties shall prevail.
